Ferrona Workshop is a furniture design studio by Peter McLean. All pieces are designed and handmade from raw materials right here in his North Vancouver–based workshop. The practice is largely driven by producing "one-off" pieces that he's especially curious about, supported by a steadily growing catalog of work that can be made to order. Peter's love of craft and furniture is inextricably tied to his origin story on a century-old family farm in rural Nova Scotia, where he was either tinkering in the barnyard workshop, or surrounded by heirloom furniture in the farmhouse. The name "Ferrona" comes from the history of his village and is a way to honor his formative time on the farmland.

Ferrona Workshop operates on the unceded traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
